UI/UX DESIGNER

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 5-7 years of experience to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will design user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience of our fintech products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure our solutions meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate business goals into functional, user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to guide the design process.
• Design intuitive, responsive interfaces that provide seamless experiences across devices.
• Work with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain visual integrity.
• Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain innovative and user-focused.
• Ensure all design deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
