Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Legal Practice and Corporate Practice Location: Alimosho, Lagos Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Law Practice: o Provide legal advisory services to clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial duties. o Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
2. Legal Advisory & Representation: o Advise clients on various legal matters, including risk management, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
3. Research & Analysis: o Conduct thorough legal research and provide actionable insights on emerging legal trends, policies
4. Compliance & Due Diligence: o Support clients in ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and Call to Bar certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on corporate law and commercial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
