You will work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure that the product meets the needs of the business and the users.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy
- Identify and prioritize product requirements
- Create and manage user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work with engineers to estimate and prioritize development tasks
- Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly interfaces
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and plans to stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize product backlog
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in the fintech industry
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Experience with market research and data analysis
- Experience with creating and managing product roadmaps
- Experience with writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with SQL or other data query languages
- Experience with UX design principles
- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence
